Swedish Care International is proud to announce its participation in Week of Health and INNovation (WHINN) 2017 in Odense, Denmark and WHO Mental Health Gap Action Programme (mhGAP) Forum in Geneva, Switzerland, in October!
In addition, Dr Karin Lind-Mörnesten, CEO of Swedish Care International, will also be participating as a keynote speaker in WHINN 2017.
Titled Acknowledged Research, Practical Principles and Technology Go Hand in Hand, her speech will focus on the importance of technology development as an effective tool for the internationalisation of knowledge transfer and training in the elderly and dementia care sector. More specifically, she will be sharing how Swedish Care International cooperates with Stiftelsen Silviahemmet, researchers and practitioners, and turns knowledge into practice-driven education as well as the implementation of evidence-based principles of dementia care.

mhGAP Forum (9th-10th October 2017)
mhGAP Forum is a two-day conference that aims to provide an opportunity for a diverse group of stakeholders to discuss a variety of themes, all related to the implementation of WHO’s Mental Health Action Plan 2013-2020. The Forum will also discuss specific commitments from partners towards implementing the Action Plan.
WHINN 2017 (10th-12th October 2017)
WHINN is a one-week health tech and health innovative festival, packed with conferences, side events, exhibitions, business matchmaking sessions and networking activities. This year, WHINN 2017 will cover three main topics: Connected Health, Valuebased Health and Care, and Sustainable Hospital.
